The rig is okay overall and it does feel solid in a few spots, especially the frame. That part seems sturdy enough. But some of the straps and smaller pieces feel cheaper than I was expecting for the price. Nothing has broken so far, so it’s not a total fail, but the finish just doesn’t feel as polished as I hoped. Also, I had to wait in queue longer than expected to get it, which made it a bit more frustrating when it finally showed up and wasn’t quite as premium as I thought it would be

I’m gonna be honest, I really expected more for the money. Like yeah, the rig works, but that’s kind of the bare minimum, isn’t it? For the price they’re charging, I thought it would feel a lot more solid and complete. Instead, I kept thinking, “This is it?” It just doesn’t feel like good value at all, and I’m kind of annoyed I spent that much on it.

I used it a few times in a normal way, nothing rough or unusual, and it already broke. The product description made it sound way more dependable than it actually is, which is exactly why I don’t really trust all that polished company wording. Disappointing...

I wasn’t too happy with the arms on this. They felt stiff, so moving them around wasn’t as smooth as I expected. After using it a few times, they started feeling unreliable, which meant I kept having to adjust them. For the price, I just expected it to hold up better.

I really wanted this rig to work for me, but the weight just sits in all the wrong places :/ It kept tugging weirdly while I was shooting, and after a short session my shoulders and lower back were already done.

Maybe it’s fine with a different setup, but with mine it made the camera feel heavier instead of easier to carry. For the price, I just don’t think it was worth it.

I bought this thinking it would make my setup easier, but the movement just felt too restricted for me. Compared to other gear I’ve used, I felt like I was constantly adjusting around its limits instead of it working with me. It might be fine for a simpler setup, but for the way I shoot, it was more frustrating than helpful.

The box showed up beat up, and my brain immediately went, “Yeah, this probably wasn’t handled or packed with much care.” Once I opened it, the stuff inside didn’t feel protected at all, more like it was just tossed in. I really wanted the Ready Rig to be one of those “set it up and problem solved” pieces of gear. In my head, I kind of did the simple math: support system plus higher price should mean a steadier shot. It did help take some weight off my arms, so it wasn’t useless, but it didn’t instantly feel dialed in.

Once I started moving around, though, the rig still felt a little shaky to me. Even small steps or basic turns seemed to add more bounce than I expected. I kept catching myself thinking, “Maybe I’m just overthinking it,” but then I’d look back at the footage and see the same movement again.
Maybe it works better with a lighter camera setup, or maybe someone with more time on it could get smoother results. For me, though, I expected something that felt more solid right away, especially at this price. It’s not terrible, but it didn’t give me the confidence I hoped it would.

I just needed one small replacement piece for my rig, nothing fancy, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on the site, so I emailed support and waited around only to get a slow reply basically saying parts are limited, which didn’t help me at all and just made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than it needed to be.
For gear that costs this much, simple replacement bits should be easy to find and buy without having to chase someone down. Now one tiny worn-out part is making the whole setup annoying to use, and I’m disappointed

I tried using the site, but it was harder than it should’ve been. Basic info took way too long to find, and the checkout felt kind of messy and unclear. At some point I just gave up. I feel like if a company wants people’s business, it’s only fair that the process is straightforward and respectful of their time.

It might be fine for someone else, but for me the strap comfort was a big letdown. I definitely wouldn’t want to wear it through a long shoot.

Got my order and everything was fine, but the shipping took longer than I expected. Meh. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating.

I guess if you enjoy constantly keeping up with little maintenance tasks, this might not bother you. For me, it felt like way more upkeep than it should’ve been, which was annoying. Not exactly the low-maintenance experience I was hoping for.

I tried using this during a few shoots hoping it would help with my fatigue, but I still felt completely wrecked after about an hour. It just didn’t make much of a difference for me. I also reached out with a question and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, just generic answers that didn’t really address what I asked. Not worth it in my experience.

I ordered my usual size, but it fit way too small. It’s frustrating because I expected it to be more accurate, and it kind of feels like sizing issues like this get ignored.
